Event management services: which one fits you
You need help with a corporate or professional event, and the question is how much help fits.

Ways to work together
Events we plan
Who we help
The short answer
We are a corporate and professional event management company serving all of Malaysia, led by a founder with professional event-management experience. We plan, organise, manage and deliver events. When the agreed scope needs them, we coordinate subcontracted specialists for production, audio-visual, staging, registration and logistics.
You choose the level of support: the whole event managed for you, a plan your team carries out, someone to lead the project, or extra hands for a period. The table below shows which one fits which situation.
Which one fits you
Each service page explains who it is for, what is included, how the work runs and what happens after you enquire.
| Service | It fits when | What you receive |
|---|---|---|
| Full-service event management | You want the event looked after from brief to close | We manage the agreed scope end to end and coordinate subcontracted specialists. |
| Corporate event management | A launch, town hall, dealer event, awards night or gala dinner needs a team | Planning, management and delivery of the corporate event within a written scope. |
| Conference planning and management | You are running a conference, summit or forum | Programme, speakers, registration, venue and production planned and managed, with a clear split of what you keep. |
| Event Blueprint | The plan is missing or contested, and your team will carry it out | Scope, RFPs, timelines, budgets, checklists and responsibilities in writing. |
| Outsourced event project management | Your team and suppliers exist, but nobody has time to coordinate | We lead planning, coordinate your team and suppliers, and oversee execution. |
| Temporary event manager | You are short of a dedicated person for a period | Dedicated short-term support, on site, remote or hybrid. |
| Sponsorship and commercialisation | The event needs partners and a revenue plan | Strategy, prospecting, partnership packages and pricing and revenue planning. |
| Planning diagnostic | You are unsure what is wrong or what to do first | A bounded review and a prioritised action list. |
| Recurring programme management | A calendar of member events and a small team | Coordination across an agreed calendar. |
| Event agency subcontracting | Your agency needs project leadership on a client event | Support under your brand and agreed client boundaries. |
How to choose in three questions
- Do you want someone to deliver the event for you? If yes, start with full-service, corporate event or conference management.
- Is the event approved but the plan is unclear? Start with the Event Blueprint, then decide how much of the delivery you want help with.
- Is the plan clear but the team is stretched? Project management or a temporary manager fits, depending on whether you need coordination or extra hands.
Problems these services solve
- The event is approved, but the brief, timeline and responsibilities are loose.
- Quotations arrive in different formats and cannot be compared fairly.
- Decisions sit with several people or committees and dates slip.
- Supplier handovers go unmanaged in the weeks before the event.
- A vacancy or a peak period leaves nobody to own the event.
- The team is expected to run the event on top of normal work.
What every engagement has in common
- A written scope that says what is included and what is not.
- Clear roles for you, for us and for any subcontracted specialist, as in who does what.
- Decisions that belong to your organisation, such as objectives, budget approval and guest list, stay with you.
- Specialists are appointed and coordinated by us within the agreed scope when the event needs them.
- A fee based on the scope, explained through the factors in fees and quotations.
What happens after you enquire
We read your message and reply with a few questions about the event, so the scope rests on facts. If it helps, we arrange a short conversation to confirm the level of support.
A written quotation follows once the scope is clear. It states what is included and what could change the fee. You decide whether to go ahead.
Where we work
Planning and project management can be delivered remotely for events anywhere in Malaysia. On-site support and travel can be arranged anywhere in Malaysia when needed, subject to availability, project requirements, agreed scope and costs. Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Seremban are where we work most.
Travel and accommodation are charged when they are part of the agreed scope. See areas and on-site arrangements.
Not sure which service fits?
The event brief builder turns what you know into a short brief you can send to us or to any provider you are comparing.
Use this yourself
Scoping checklist: brief any event provider with the same questions
Use these questions with us or any other provider, so quotations can be compared on the same scope.
- What exactly is included: planning, coordination, delivery, on-site attendance, reporting?
- What is excluded, and who delivers it instead?
- Who approves the programme, spending and changes to scope?
- Which decisions does the provider make and which come back to you?
- Which suppliers are already appointed, and which will the provider appoint?
- How will progress be reported, and how often?
- What does the provider need from you, and by when?
- What factors move the quotation up or down?
- What is the handover at the end: documents, files, contacts?
Handle it in-house, or bring in help?
Your team can usually handle this when
- The event is small, familiar and has one clear owner.
- Your suppliers are appointed and each knows its scope.
- Your team has time reserved for the event.
Outside planning help earns its fee when
- Decisions are split across several people or committees.
- Supplier handovers are going unmanaged.
- The event is new, larger or riskier than your team has handled.
- The person who knew the event has left, or capacity is short for a period.
Want to match a service to your event?
Send the event type, area and date window, and tell us where the pressure is: the whole event, the plan, coordination or capacity. We will reply with the service that fits and what its scope would include.
Questions organisers ask
Can you manage the whole event?
Yes. In full-service management we plan, organise, manage and deliver the agreed scope and coordinate the subcontracted specialists it needs.
Can I buy only the plan?
Yes. The Event Blueprint is a defined set of planning documents. Your team or your suppliers can carry it out.
Can services be combined?
Yes. A common sequence is a blueprint first, then project management or full-service delivery. Each stage has its own scope.
Do you work outside Kuala Lumpur and Selangor?
Yes. Planning can be done remotely for anywhere in Malaysia, and on-site support can be arranged when needed, subject to availability, scope and costs.
