About us: professional event management across Malaysia
We help associations and companies deliver professional events across Malaysia, with a clear plan and steady coordination.

The short answer
We are a corporate and professional event management company serving all of Malaysia, led by a founder with professional event-management experience. We plan, organise, manage and deliver conferences, industry forums, seminars, roundtables and member programmes, and we coordinate subcontracted specialists when the agreed scope needs them. Most of our work is in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and the Seremban area, with staff events as a smaller part.
You choose the level of support: a written plan, a project lead for coordination, temporary dedicated capacity inside your team, or full-service management of the agreed scope. Programme, budget approval and relationships stay with you. Specialist suppliers deliver the technical and operational work, and we coordinate them when the scope needs them.
What we are here for
Professional bodies, associations and corporate teams run events beside a full workload. We put the plan on paper, keep decisions moving and make responsibilities visible, so the event owner is not holding everything alone.
We work alongside your venue and suppliers as your project lead, from the first message to the final handover.
Three levels of support
| Level | What you receive | Where to read more |
|---|---|---|
| Written plan | Scope, brief, timeline, responsibility split, supplier requirements and handover documents. Your team carries out the plan. | Event Blueprint |
| Project lead | Coordination of decisions, people, supplier handovers and progress reporting within a written scope. | Outsourced conference project management |
| Embedded manager | Temporary dedicated capacity working inside your team, on-site or remote as agreed. | Embedded event project manager |
What you keep
- The programme, the speakers and the content.
- Budget approval and the final choice of venue and suppliers.
- Relationships with members, sponsors and stakeholders.
- Decisions on legal, safety, accessibility, privacy and accreditation matters, which belong to the qualified party in each case.
- Ownership of every document produced, and the handover that lets your team continue without outside help.
How we work with suppliers
Venue operation, audio-visual production, catering, registration systems and similar work are done by specialist suppliers. The project lead writes the brief for each, compares quotations on the same basis and coordinates handovers. Where the agreed scope needs it, we appoint them as subcontracted specialists and coordinate them for you.

How our guides and resources are prepared
- Where a page states a regulation or an official requirement, it cites the primary source and the date the source was checked.
- Where a fact needs confirming, the page turns it into a question to put to the venue, supplier or authority.
- Examples and sample documents are labelled as fictional.
- Specialist topics such as legal, privacy, safety, accessibility and accreditation come with a question pack for the competent party to answer.
- The editorial policy explains how pages are drafted, checked and corrected.
Coverage and languages
Planning and project management can be delivered remotely anywhere in Malaysia. On-site support and travel can be arranged anywhere in Malaysia when needed, subject to availability, project requirements, agreed scope and costs. Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and Seremban are where we work most. See areas and on-site arrangements.
The site is published in English, Bahasa Melayu and Simplified Chinese. Enquiries from the Chinese pages open an English WhatsApp draft, so please write to us in English or Malay. The language of consultation is confirmed when your brief is discussed.
Who leads the work
The company is led by a founder with professional event-management experience. For each engagement, the lead is named in the written scope, so you know who you are working with.
If a committee or procurement team would like to know more about who will lead an engagement, ask in the brief and the answer is confirmed in writing as part of the scope. See how an engagement works.
Worked example · Fictional example
A fictional first conversation
Fictional organisation and figures, for illustration only.
The secretary of a fictional dental technicians' society writes that her committee wants a two-day conference in Selangor and has no written plan. Nobody has yet appointed a venue.
A fit check starts with four questions: who approves the programme, whether the date window is fixed, whether any supplier is already promised, and what support the committee is weighing. The answers point to a written plan first, with project coordination considered once the scope is approved.
Use this yourself
Questions to ask any event planning provider
Use these with us or any other provider. A clear written answer to each one is a good sign.
- What exactly is in the scope, and what is excluded?
- Who will lead the work, and how will you confirm that in writing?
- Which decisions stay with us, and which will you prepare for us to approve?
- Which parts will specialist suppliers deliver, and who coordinates them?
- What do we receive at the end, and in what format?
- How are scope changes handled, and how is the fee affected?
- How is continuity handled if the named person is unavailable?
- What do you need from our team, and by when?
Handle it in-house, or bring in help?
Your team can usually handle this when
- Your team has a written plan and capacity to carry it out.
- Only a small piece of work needs a fresh look, such as a supplier comparison.
- You already have a trusted local provider where the event is held.
Outside planning help earns its fee when
- There is no written plan and the committee disagrees on scope.
- The secretariat is delivering the event alongside normal work.
- Suppliers and approvers need someone to hold the dates, decisions and handovers.
Ready to see whether the fit is right?
If your event is a professional conference, forum or seminar in Malaysia, send a short brief with what is decided and what is not. The reply says which level of support fits and what the scope would cover.
Questions organisers ask
Who leads an engagement?
The lead is named in the written scope for each engagement. Ask for that name when you review the scope.
Do you run the event itself?
Yes, within the agreed scope. We plan, organise and manage the event, and we coordinate subcontracted specialists for the venue, audio-visual, catering and registration work when the scope needs them. You can also choose planning or project management only.
Can I get consultation in Chinese?
Please write to us in English or Malay. The language of consultation is confirmed when your brief is discussed.
Can I see an example of your work?
The sample planning pack shows the format of the documents you would receive. It uses a fictional event.
